Coding Minds AI is an AI-powered interactive coding education platform that provides:

• Structured programming lessons in Python, JavaScript, Algorithms, and Robotics
• Interactive coding exercises and challenges
• An AI-powered personal tutor ("Aria") for personalized learning
• Gamification features including XP, badges, and leaderboards
• Progress tracking and performance analytics

Access to the Platform requires registration and approval by an administrator. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept that account access is subject to administrator approval

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content

All content on the Platform — including lessons, exercises, code examples, graphics, and the AI tutor system — is the intellectual property of Coding Minds AI or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Code you write in the interactive editor remains your own. By submitting code for AI review, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing feedback.

The Platform uses AI (including large language models) to generate lessons, exercises, hints, and feedback. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should:

• Verify AI-generated code before using it in production environments
• Not rely solely on AI explanations for critical decisions
• Report any harmful or inaccurate AI responses to us

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coding Minds AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
